Marcel Take
I still have to fix his eye's, but this scene is tweened for the most part.
Its nice to get a break from drawing Sheryl and draw Marcel for a change. He's actually fun to draw, but I might be bias...since I've been drawing Sheryl for a few months now.

Gotta be sneaky
Also, here's a silly sneaky walk I did for 3D animation. I didn't model or rig the character, just animated it with the help of some Preston Blair 2D poses :).

Thought I'd post my favorite piece of Sheryl animation thus far. Work is copyrighted to Pug Buddies production and the MY LUCKY DOG short, coming soon!

Edmund, my child...
So, this is a blog and I suppose it is customary to keep it updated with the projects I am working on.
Well, I'm working on -alot- of projects...it's a very busy quarter, in and outside of school.
My very favorite thus far, has been a product of my Character Modelling class. Basically, we take a character from design to 3-D model in 11 weeks. I've never modelled characters in Maya..or any 3-D program, but I'm excited to get started. Part of the process of getting to know our characters is producing a tangible sculpture. Since coming to this school I have found that sculpting is one of my passions, and I thoroughly enjoy being able to use school time to do it.
My character goes by "Edmund"...I have a bit of an obsession with the name (Count of Monte Cristo origin), and I have pretty much fallen in love with this sculpture. Unfortunatly, it won't fit into my oven...
Enjoy, I'll post some concept art and model sheets for her at a later date, just to give you an idea of how she began.
